I'll try to hit the gym three times a week. I normally do some basic weights and core exercises then I'll run for about 2.3km. The .3 being warming up and down, I'll pretty much sprint for 2km.

I'll go swimming some Saturdays.

It's not a major work out by any stretch but it's much better than it was when I was a student (i.e. nothing and loads of alcohol)

Cycle to work, 40 minutes
I'm a postman, cycle everywhere between about 10-4
Cycle to the gym after work, 15 minutes
Weight lifting at the gym, 30-40 minutes
Cycle home, 30 minutes

5 times a week. On Saturday no gym :)

Get out of bed (core training)
Get showered (curls for the gurls)
Get dressed (stretching)
Get breakfast (refuelling)
Get a smoke (cardio)

It's going alright.

Football between 2-4 hours depending on the week.
Sprint training once or twice a week for about 20 minutes.
A longer run/jog once or twice a week for about 40 minutes.

Probably about 4 hours on average not including any bodyweight stuff I do in the flat.

The length of time doesn't bother me so much just now, more interested in intensity and frequency.

About 240 minutes a week but if you saw me you would call me a liar because I'm still a fat ******* but a fit fat *******.

Know plenty skinny people who I've played football with who are coughing and panting after about ten minutes of running around but bigger lads who can easily get about the pitch for the whole game.

Know which camp I'd rather be in.
