I do running. Unfortunately I can't really give a time or even a distance as I am doing a training programme which has variable distances each week albeit the distance progressively increases.
Last week, for example, I did:
3 x 3 mile runs
1 x 7.5 mile run
Total time - 2 hours 15 mins.
I also do some cycling/MTB but that is currently patchy at best due to time
