I can probably get away with spending £20 a week on food. It does vary a lot as I stock up on things on special or reduced meat going out of date that I chuck in the freezer.
Right now I have a kilo of mince, kilo of chicken, some squid and a large piece of beef for roasting in the freezer so I don't expect to spend that much this week
Realistically not very much at all, certainly not as much as an extra 50%. I would say it adds around £10 a week extra onto our food bill and he really likes his food.
around a £100 for the 2 of us, 50 on the weekly shop, and during the week takeaway now and again, wknd brings the most income to the local take aways i love to cook dont get me wrong, but sometimes greasy kebab cant be beaten
