How OCD are you when it comes to petrol?

Fill tank, drive, wait until I absolutely have to in order to fill tank again. Wish it had a 100L tank. I hate going to petrol stations for some reason

Edit: I'd totally pay for a service where someone comes to my house every week or something and fills my tank up for me, a bit like a milkman. Wouldn't that be awesome?

I fill it right up unless its a courtesy car or something. What's the point in putting 20 quid in? Just means you need to visit the petrol station more often.

This. There are are a few occasions when I've only put in £20, such as when I've borrowed someone elses car and put some fuel in before giving it back as a courtesy, but apart from that I always brim the tank.

I'm very OCD about it, has to be on a pound, and preferably a £5 or £10 multiple. But sometimes cant abide by that as i tend to brim it every time.

I always fill, doing 500 miles a week, so I tend to fill up on my way home from work as it's on my route.

Fill til click, lift and slowly fill it again as the speed of filling it can cause it to click early, I can get about another £5 of petrol in.

150 miles from when the car says refill to full. Of course I'm going to be brimming it. My dislike of having to wait for incredibly slow people to clear the fuel station also prevails.

I tend to get it within 10p of £15 or £20, it's paid for on card anyway so I'm not bothered.

LPG on the other hand I just brim it :)

Nope. I fill up every 3 weeks to the brim. Literally until I cannot put any more in because it will run out of the filler.
I don't bother looking at the price, I look at how many litres is going in - somewhere ~85L each time.
This equates to about £115, give or take.

I couldn't care less what it gets to in either pounds or litres nowadays, I just go there every 2 weeks, fill it up till it clicks, go in with my debit card and bend over.

If I was paying cash I would want it to the nearest £10 or £5 depending on the notes I had though.

I suffer the same affliction......PAY FOR YOUR FUEL, GET IN YOUR CAR AND DRIVE OFF!!!

Drive to emptyish (about 2ltrs left in the tank) and then brim it. Saves time, but also for fuelly. No OCD though. Although if I ever find myself filling up a set amount it has to be 0 or a 5, otherwise I'll keep going and going.

Park car, open cap, make a point of not watching how much fuel is going in and wait for the click. Drive off.

I use the pay at pump, usually Asda.

Usually just stick £20 in a time in and If I go 1p over I just hand them the 1p, many many 1 and 2p's in one of my cup holders, best way to use them.

The only thing I make sure is I find a Shell for VPower, that's all the RX8 has had, however, I just fill up, no point putting a tenner in, it'd get me off the forecourt lol

80l of diesel adds up, so I fill up for long journeys - usually gives me enough for a few days after then £30 every couple of weeks...
