How often do you wear shorts?

I saw a guy jogging in shorts and flip flops earlier, I was equally confused and equally impressed that he didn't fall over.
Many years ago I worked in the same complex as a guy who used to go for a run on his lunch break. He wouldn’t change, he would go in his suit trousers, shirt, and square toe leather loafers. He’d come back about half an hour later soaking in sweat and just go back to work.

Are you all the sandle/flip flop wearing shorts type folk?
Only women are permitted to wear sandals with dignity.

And Wilson, Keppel and Betty of course.

In the summer above 19 or 20 degrees, a lot. I have brown skin so don't need to worry about blinding people with skin that rarely sees sun.

All year im a northerner living down south so rarely gets cold enough for longs. And I also work from home full time. So in fact the only time I do t wear shorts is if me and the misses get invited out for a meal. Which is not that often.

Question is whether people are wearing these namby-pamby 7,8" so called shorts nearer the top of the knees, or the real deal 5" , which enable you to get a tan.

this is down to americans normalising baseball/cargo 'shorts' as shorts

I don't want to be arrested for public exposure, so the longer ones.

Also, a tan? In England? Not likely.

Also in the spring to when winter gets too cold club, only wear long pants to go out or when i have to wear a suit or the like

A repeat of Hiillbilly2 really, within minutes if getting home after work I'm in cargo shorts no matter the weather for the vast majority of the time, unless I "need" to wear jeans/trackies.

I think this post explains why so many people complain that it's too hot when it's 20c outside. :D

23c+ shorts. Less than that and I'm in jeans/trousers. Think I've worn shorts for about a week this year at most.
