How to overclock a 7850 past 1050MHz?

Whatd you do to be able to adjust the voltage of the XFX card? I, as well as some others, haven't been able to do so. Are you using Asus Gpu Tweak? If so what version?
 
Card - Sapphire 7850
Cooler - Accelero S1 PLUS. Passiv cooler. No fan.
Chassi - Fractal Design XL
Chassi Fans - 1 Front, 1 Back 140mm @ 1000rpm

Stock Temp - 54
OC Temp - 86
OC 1200/5800 @1.165

go into settings and in the tuning section put a tick in the "overclocking range enhancement", that should increase your overclocking range.

That's what I did, which allowed me to mess around with voltage, but the GPU and RAM sliders still max out at the same as CCC. :(
 
Asus GPU tweak maxed out at 1050 for me too even with the overclocking range adjustment on, But using sapphire trixx lets me go as high as I want.
 
How do I revert back to my HIS7850 Bios?

When I used the method on Page 43, I did save my rom and atiflash called it "Backup.rom" by default.

But when I run "atiflash -p -f backup.rom" I get an error.

I have renamed "backup.rom" to "his7850.rom" and run "atiflash -p -f his7850.rom" but nothing happens.

I'm afraid that my card may meet an early death like 555BUK's. :eek:
 
Guy`s, I am using this version, ASUS GPU Tweak 2.0.6 and I can go as far as 1700+ on the gpu clock and mem clock can also go way above what you need, Voltage tops out at 1.225 I think.

Trying to use this software but I dont see an option in settings\tuning for 'overclocking range enhancement' using ver 2.8.3 and wont go beyond 1050mhz.:confused:

That's basically what I've got with my sapphire one, 1200/1475 @ 1.185v seems a pretty good OC to me :)
