HP Reverb G2 uk release date?

I think SA was fair all along, compared to the communication of Bestware, HP Canada etc.
So it feels bad HP is behaving like this.
Idk if it's incompetence and a mistake on HP's side or purposefully screwing over SA.

Oh well. I'm just hoping I'll get mine in a week's time.

HP is just a behemoth with lots of sales channels... this is just a side effect of the choice to use retail partners for the pre-order rather than the HP store.

Nothing to do with System Active, it's all HP's incompetence.

Yeah totally agree, Hp seem to be screwing over SA,
I can see them losing some sales over this and thats not fair to SA

Yeah, HP upheld the pre-order rule. Which is - never pre-order if you don't want to be F@cked. I am going to wait for mine arriving on the 10-th because I the GPU to run it arrives also on the 10th. But I also agree with others that people who pre-ordered after 30.10.20 from SA should probably order form HP directly. This is a kick in the butt to all who pre-ordered and a to SA. Truly, it's the sellers market, otherwise it would have been a PR disaster.

well i feel quite bad but ive ordered one from Hp, apparently coming tomorrow, I even rang them to confirm the stock was legit,
I was very close to the cut off of end of October and i was starting to get the feeling Sa might get screwed over with their expected deliveries,
No early bird discount for me so were only talking a small difference in price.
Still feel like i sold my soul to the devil a bit lol, as i dont agree what they have done

Whilst hp blindsiding SA is pretty terrible, I love how this totally wrecks scalpers.

I hopefully will get mine by the 10th.

I hope they get the September pre orders out this week then, if they can afford selling the heatset from from retailers now.

I wasn't particularly upset by any of the delays or bad communication, this is the first time I'm actually a bit ****** off.

Lesson learned - HP partners are a joke, why order from them at all if one can go directly with HP.

I have controllers from a old HP mixed reality headset and that should work from what i've read.

My tracking updated to say out for delivery. Great. Nothing by lunchtime, had a look in the porch and I've been carded at 9:55. Didn't think of touching the doorbell, car is in the drive.

Fuming!

Interesting, every since the pandemic, even if I had expensive deliveries, they've just left it in the porch. No one is asking for a signature now.

Did you get an email from SA with a tracking number? You should have got the email on Tuesday... if not chase them up because I bought my headset at the end of July and it arrived on the 2nd, so yours definitely should have been despatched.
