Not sure about near all of you, but a few of the big retailers near me and pay when you collect options - I have two 32gb reserved until closing tomorrow.

No reserves within reasonable distance. One in Chester said they wouldn't stock it as it's a waste of storeroom space.

Just confirmed that the UK price for the Touchpad will be £89 for 16GB and £115 for 32GB. Prices will be communicated to resellers this morning and updated on websites by this afternoon.

Ok so let me get this straight - I've reserved one at argoose (or where ever for other people) @ full price. So do I pay full price then claim the HP discount back after purchase or do I get the discount at point of sale?

Argos reservations use the price on the day. They don't record the price.

You should get the discount at P.O.S. Otherwise, just ask them to put it back in the stock pile then immediately back out again, since you'll buy it now

Argos, charge what it charges instore on the day of collection, the reservation price makes no difference.
