We Are LyingScum have just added a close account button to their site if you just signed up for the touchpad.
This (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HP-Touchp...eReaders&hash=item4aae34b4cd&autorefresh=true) auction just finished. 16GB Touchpad went for <£200. Hopefully starting to see an end in sight of these silly prices. Need to give it a while longer of course.
Closed lol
Officially giving up on the hunt...at least for my sanity's sake![]()

Saw a touchpad 16gb new close for £176 yesterday. Once hype has cleared I think we'll see some pleasant drops

If HP confirm it, we will contact all backorders and let them know the new price as soon as we will have confirmed information and asked them to RE-confirm the orders before shipping them out. "
That was stateside, so you have to factor delivery into that as well >£200. Actually, a stateside one went for £160 with delivery.

I'm still in tracking mode, if I see one I'll grab it. Comet looks a good bet at the moment. All part of the fun

Remember that as demand/hype drops so will supply so whilst you may see a few possibly drop to ~£150 there'll still be 50+ people after each auction.
That doesn't make sense to me. Sure, as supply dwindles we are forced into a small pool, but if demand fall too, then there are less fish in the pool, and they are only willing to pay a certain amount, which forces prices down naturally.
