OK the bloke i just spoke to has said that the Vodafone credit check system is down and may take 24hrs to come back and that stock of both items are out but due in near the end of the week and that delivery should be by Saturday at the latest?

How much of that i believe i don't know but worth waiting til the end of the week i guess.

Interesting to see that the website still states that it's in stock?

lol. They said to me that the pre3 was in stock but not the touchpad. No eta on the touchpad so ring back friday as they get deliveres every week!
 
My Quidco cash-back has tracked though :)

For those that have ordered this, assuming we get them. Who's just planning on selling the Pre 3 on?

He said that stock had not been allocated due to the security checks and in the frenzy all the stock got sold so my order is now concelled.

He's going to find out if they will be getting any more though.

And I too will be getting this deal! :) Just need to see if the ol' boss man will allow me to use a companies laptop as a trade in, instead of my own haha.

I know. Seems a little crazy tbh. What happened to Argos's stock due on Monday?

I've sort of drifted away from the Touchpad after all the hype and hysteria has died down.... I'm still after one, but I'm not going to be spending hours refreshing pages and checking forums for one..... Like I did, last week :-P
 
I still want one...badly...

But if Mobiles.co.uk are going to delay in getting them to me I may just cancel my order as I fear hp pre 3 prices will have dropped a lot in a weeks time.

Also the contract is pretty damn good for < £14 a month

Well to be fair they had over 180 touchpads in stock this morning and some people have despatch notices.

When you add up what the sim card would cost plus a touchpad and pre 3 at fire sale, £342 paid over 24 months interest free is a pretty good deal.

You are actually only paying £184 for the mobile sim tariff or 7.66 per month after you deduct £89 for the TP and £69 for the pre 3.

Well my order has been cancelled even though I ordered at 10.40 this morning. Apparently I should check my email, however I dont have one!

What a load of rubbish, first amazon cancel my order now this!!!
 
Mobiles.co.uk have now changed the deal to an Archos 7 tablet on the 100min deal and removed it completely from the 300 min deal?

maybe you failed the credit check with all these orders you've been placing?

I haven't had mine cancelled and i order at about 12:30
