update argghhh! Got to my local argos at 10am! They confirmed they had some in but they had all sold out! Employees no doubt :mad: oh wells I would rather not have one than work in argos :p

Not really sure what Argos are playing at here, as on their website they say that "Wo no longer stock this particular product" and have been doing so for the last few days now! :confused:

The website is not always up to date. I was picking up touchstones and cases in the stores despite the online checker saying it had sold out everwhere.
 
Lets be honest, if you worked in the warehouse and saw them come in, why would you not get them..

I think people on hotdeals are a tad unfair on all the bashing of staff being allowed to take them, 99.99% of us would get them, if we had the chance

Whats the rules on returning bundled items? If I wanted to return the case for instance would I have to return all the items?

An interesting question!

As they haven't put separate prices against each of the items on the receipt, and it was effectively advertised, and sold as, a 'bundle', and also that it was not possible just to buy the tablet itself at a lower price, the way I see it is that you would have to return all three items.

Others may have different views however! :)

I would think you can legally return the seperate items under DSR.

But they might whine about it.

Just write a letter and tell them what you are going to do under DSR and then see how they respond.
