I would have thought that it will most likely be kept back for employees rather than sent out in small lots to many resellers.

Happier employees plus less chance of unhappy customers not getting one.

Would love one myself then I could pass on my 16gb one to a workmate whos moaning nonstop about not getting one and the fact I have one plus a Xoom which I use for wifi hotspot when using the touchpad just to wind him up

There must have been more than 20 sold, there was over 10 in stock at John Lewis alone when I got mine. I've seen quite a few on eBay as well.

Edit: Unless you are accusing us of lying? Don't make me get the hovis out. ;)

No not at all but as far as I was aware the only 64gb ever in stock were the 20 sold at John Lewis.

4 have since sold onwards on Ebay at stupid money (last time I checked)

But unless there was another outlet selling them which I missed, there are only 20 (currently) in existance which is why some people sold theirs for £500. ;)
 
They are going for around £300 on ebay, I can see 11 that have recently sold by UK sellers, there are 4 currently for sale and we know three people here have them so that makes 18 of them accounted for. I think there were more than 20.

Hmm did HP sell any 64gb direct? JL definitely only had 20 in stock. :confused:
 
Head's up. Rumour has it that John Lewis will go live with 16,32 and 64 touchpads on Saturday morning at £89,£115 and £159

50,000 produced apparently.

My friend, who also frequents these forums, works for JL. He checked today and there is no stock warehoused or due in this week. Mind you, he also said that they could be hiding them :eek:

Ah so all the ones on ebay will be from the EPP program then?

so some where out there there is another 49480 64gb touchpads? I doubt it. They were euro market only and that would mean there should be more 64gb available for sale than 32 and 16 put together in Europe. I reckon there has been only about 15000 touchpads sold in the UK so far.
