They couldn't reserve it for tomorrow and asked for the full price. Customer services said I could come back and claim a refund. I told them where to stick it.

I wasn't too pleased but they took down my phone number and will contact me about the price tomorrow.

well, the guys where i live where very friendly and the store manager said that he is the only one with keys to the cage and they put them back there. I am not saying you are wrong but he stick some cello tape with my reservation and he said I give you my word these are yours.

I'd gone past that verify stage, and it crashed, I just kept F5'ing it, eventually got a confirmation page and now an email. Fingers crossed

The PCW I went in had 32 showing in stock, 2 of which were in the cage. One of those was my reservation, yay. Guess what? They did a visual check and couldn't find the other units. Now I wonder what happened to those?
