There two different roms one for the HTC Magic and the other for the HTC Magic Vodafone. If you select the vodafone version it ask for your phone serial number and checks if you have the right phone before allowing you to download the updated. SO far so good for me but when i tied installing in it comes up with a USB (170) error.

Guys, you need to go to the Desire (or Nexus as i'm sure it is just as good). It is amazing!
Patiently waits until upgrade is offered on Vodafone contract in September....
Probably been asked yonks ago, but with Google Navigation now available on the HTC Magic, can anyone recommend a decent-ish car kit for the phone? Mount and charger?
Or are they more-or-less the same on fleBay?
