Yeah I just did some further reading. I think I'd been looking at US protection, rather than UK Section 75, so my mistake.
Haha would be nice although as far as I know they haven't actually taken any money yet. Merely put it on hold...so probably not likely unfortunately!!
I'm gonna struggle to cope if it's delayed past this week haha. Seeing all these new games popping up on Steam today is driving me insane!

After the 5hrs of back and forth phone calls between HTC on saturday I received 2 confirmation emails this morning, one with the correct info and one with wrong info. No idea why there are 2 orders and which (if any) will have kept the original shipping date, sigh

Same reason I used CC, for section 75.
If you use PP, then you lose section 75.
Maybe, thats why most of the CC got cancelled

Woo, after all the hassle with the cancelled CC order, and replacing it online with the remote access yesterday... just got the order confirmation email that it will be shipping soon! Woo! It's happening!
In the last weeks I have spent £96.31 on VR Titles. The list so far is:
Virtual Desktop
The Brookhaven Experiment,
The GRanCanyon VR Experience,
ADR1FT
Windlands
Jeeboman,
Unseen Diplomacy
Ruckus Ridge,
Hot Dogs, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades.
Need to stop, still going to get the three bundled games as well... but hell, this is going to be an amazing few weeks!

Call up HTC and speak to them if you have been hit by the fraud detection issue. They took my number and got back to me within several hours to sort it out.
Still haven't seen money coming out my credit card but I'm hopeful its about to happen!
haha, for the amount you spent you probably could have travelled to the Grand Canyon

I did have a pre-payment on my Amex card since 1st April.
Just checked again and the pre-payment has vanished and it's not in my transactions.
I might be about to join the rejected!

My CC still has a pending transaction, phone the CC company up last night to check and it has until tomorrow night to progress to completed or it gets cancelled.
Like you I've had no emails at all since the initial confirmation.
On chat at the moment, seems no one in the UK has had shipping confirmation yet and until we do its at least 1-2 after that before the arrive. So basically no chance of something today.

I know for a fact that it isn't that. I work for a bank doing authorisations. In fact they've had my money since 29th Feb about five minutes after it went on sale.
