Just got a tracking number from DHL for my Vive. It's coming from the Czech Republic.

I got a "change of contact details" email at 12:02. Not sure why.
Same email you got when you tried to check you shipment wave.

Well that's like saying I bought something from Amazon with next day delivery and them sending it late. Pretty pointless paying for express delivery when the dept. getting the product out is slow.

I did say if your delivery charge stipulated a specific time frame then of course you should be entitled to a refund as you wouldn't have had the service you paid for, but afaik the Vives delivery is open so you haven't paid for a particular delivery date or time

Cheers for the number above, gave em a call, even though my pending charge has gone, the order is still active and wave 1 orders will be shipped before the 15th April. Wave 2 starts from the 16th April. So any time between now and next Friday for my Vive.

Still a tad miffed about ordering so quickly 3 minutes past the start but oh well. Not like I have much time to play with it while working.

That is correct, they are being sent via Economy.

Nothing refunded yet so still paying the £57. A stink is being kicked up on Reddit and Twitter.

Tbh if this is wide spread that they are charging 57 for slow dhl then I actually will cancel my order.

They have something I want. But will not be taken advantage of.

The packages delivered today were overnight shipping, so no idea why they are mix and matching.

This is unacceptable and is illegal. You cannot charge for express shipping and then use the cheapest available. Especially when the shipping cost was outrageous to begin with.

This. Least the law is on our side. It is literally illegal to charge for one service and provide a different (worse) one.

I've not even powered mine up yet, still working.
