:09 credit card and finally received my DHL shipping confirmation for express delivery tomorrow.

Funny thing is that the funds reserved on my credit card balance dissapeared last Sunday and don't appear to have been reserved again

as I've now discovered by visiting my CC website every day for a week, my CC only updates every 2-3 days, so I had nothing on mine at all (despite knowing I'd been to the supermarket) and then all of a sudden 3 days worth of charges, including my Rift, all appeared on the Friday (the day mine was actually out for delivery)

Worked for virtually everyone on Reddit who tried it, so unless Oculus have quickly patched something you may have some thing not quite right?

The steps couldn't be simpler but all I got was either an entitlement failure or a window with zero head tracking. So could be many reasons including updated game files with better hardware checking.

Received mine today! Wow. Literally only played the startup sequence because I had to get back to work, but it's amazing the difference it makes being able to see your hands. I spent a good 10 minutes batting balloons across the room!!

I've been reading a few reviews about it and it doesn't have by and large that wow factor I've been hoping for. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've waited 28 years for home VR and I've recently spent £800ish on the PC and getting the stands.
I don't know. I've spent only a few hours with the Vive and I have to say there are certain things that work and some that don't. I'm utterly blown away with Google Tilt; I mean seriously astounded how amazing it is to be able to draw and then explore and move through your own vivid creations. Audio shield is another winner; if you want to get fit indoors this I can see being an absolute classic.

If you have the ability to visit a shop and get a demo I would so go for it. I didn't and purchased it blind, without any exposure to any recent VR kit and I absolutely do not regret this purchase at all.

I'm relishing what dev teams can come up with.

Same received mine as well, set it up and started right away, spent a good 15-20 mins just messing about in the tutorial then tried theBlu and Brookhaven Experiment.

Them zombies be super scary when they are right up in your face, I nearly had a panic attack on several occasions.

Both Lucky's Tale and Dreamdeck working fine here, perfect performance.

LT is a bit odd when you used to standing and moving your arms around :o

Aye....working well here as well.
Couple nice scenes in Dreamdeck compilation, even with the lack of interaction. Nice little demo material...
Lucky's is probably as generic as you'd exepct, but an interesting and different camera mechanic.

I doubt it would be May. When I looked into pre-ordering it was saying June when a few days before that it was saying May.

I've rang them again and have been given a Monday shipping date. Although I'm not confident, it seems like they were trying to get me off the phone. No DPA taken or anything. However if he isn't BS'ing me, how long does it take to be delivered by express shipping?
