Yep, that was known. There's a Lostprophets song called "I Am Godzilla, You Are Japan", didn't know if that's what the OP was using or whether the phrase is actually from something else, which the band used for their song title.

Of course we can't rationalise the better car based solely on statistics, not many would claim they would have a free GTR over a free ferrari. It's just mental how a bigger heavier car with a smaller engine is so quick!

Clever 4wd Vs RWD would be my guess, I wonder how the GTR performs against the Gallardo.

I think it was autocar that did this very test in the IOM, the GTR destroyed all the competition which included a Gallardo.

Funky 4WD again is my bet, maybe slightly shorter gearing. They have very similar torque so my guess is the extra power comes from a high revving V12.

By the way, your car makes me do my 'O' face...
