I enjoyed my time playing Wow, met a lot of good people that I'm still in contact with. But in the end... I chose life!

i long for the sandbox game where i can build, harvest, do politics, explore,
also i want to know how some people define 'addiction' to wow.
say for instance bloke 'A' plays wow for say 8 hours a day, yet still maintains a job and a healthy relationship with his gf. bloke 'B' plays for 7 hours but it affects his job and loses his gf. which one of these 2 would you say is addicted, the one who plays more per day or the one who plays less.
I play WAR now, but same story, just with better PvP, but no real 'depth' of world. As i grow older and has been a good 6 years since played my first MMO, i long for the sandbox game where i can build, harvest, do politics, explore, etc. If Darkfall pulls it off, then i may find the gf moving out and my microwave being put to good use.
Yeah right! Not that I've got time to play MMOs anymore!

Maybe bloke A's gf is his Guild Leader and he plays to keep her happy, he may hate the game but plays out of love for her! Therefore Bloke A is not addicted! Bloke B is a loser![]()
After more than 2 years and more hours than I care to remember, I have cancelled my subscription.
I'm not going to go anti-wow as some people do, I just got bored. Time to give this real life idea a go. I understand the graphics are quite nice![]()
Suprisingly there is a lot more to the game than the hour or so it takes to get to lvl 13
quoted for truth!MMOs are rubbish it's the people you game with that make it fun.
