I think we have the easier of the run ins. Arsenal will prove to be the toughest of the the games for us which may end in a draw.

Chelsea have it all to throw away. The press and the bookies had written every one elses chances off. That said We(2001-2002), Arsenal (2002-2003), Newcastle(1996-1997) and Liverpool(89-90) have all bottled it and threw away the league title with a good lead at the height of our respective powers. Chelsea are no different and they could capitulate. It's 11 v 11 at the end of the day and I see the teams in Chelseas run in having more to play for.

The way Chelsea are playing at the moment i wouldn't be suprised if Man Utd took it from under our noses. We can only blame ourselves if it happens.

needless to say, i think the match this sunday is going to be superb and no football fan should miss it. When is Chelsea's next game? had a quick look and i'm fairly sure its AFTER the utd/arsenal game. If the lead is 4 points when they next play, it'll be interesting to see how they handle the pressure. be a shame if arsenal pick up a few injuries in turin ..... :)

EDIT - ignore, the chelsea/westham game is a couple of hours earlier :(

I think the United Arsenal game will be affected a lot by what happens in Turin, if Arsenal get the floor wiped with them (especially seeing as Fabregas is injured) then I think they'll be a broken side. If they romp through to the semis though I'll be a bit worried.

Chelski have the mentality of stepping out on the pitch as a formality, "wait a second, the 3 points arent ours already?"

United did it as well, that was why we could go to Highbury and win 4-2 but then get beaten by Birmingham 1-0 the week after, only Arsenal seemed to be the ones who would beat the lower teams week in week out.

Cesc isn't out of the Turin game yet. I'd say Eboue is a bigger miss as Diaby can easily cover for Cesc.

not the same though is it, Arsenal are gonna be knackered if him and Terence go this summer. If he doesnt play on Wednesday, I'd expect a close game.

Why on earth would Cesc be leaving. Don't say you actually believe these paper rumours about Real Madrid? He's a Barca boy.

I think ManU will be the real test for our Premiership ambitions. Even with this excellent run we've had recently, we haven't really run into any physical teams that'll try to rough us up a bit, and our away form still isn't that impressive. However, our team does seem that slight bit more physical recently, and it's the kind of game that Adebayor will be perfect for (and possibly Diaby for that matter). It's still a game I'd be happy to see us take just a point from really though, so anything else will be a bonus, but it won't be nice to lose ground to Spurs/Blackburn/Bolton if that happens.

Aha, that would be well good :D Then him on match of the day going it was an honest mistake, what can I say? [under breath]Bloody Jose...[/under breath]

Do you actually watch the games? Or do you just look at scorelines? Arsenal are playing the best football of they year right now, period, and any non-biased and open minded person will agree.

I watch your games, you are hopeless away and have been beaten EASILY by medicore teams.

As i've said, you have been consistantly brilliant at home against poor teams, but struggled away and nothing has changed.
You will be beaten at the weekend.

Arsenal are clearly a confidence side and at the moment, its as high as its been for a long time. It could all go wrong if they go out against Juventus though....

Should be a brilliant game though. Both teams are on top form and both could do with a win. I hope they both go for it and give us a better game to watch than the Highbury encounter...

I wouldn't say Arsenal have been beaten easily against teams away from home. At times they have been all over teams but just let in silly goals. They've also been bullied by some teams like Blackburn and Bolton. I don't think the Man United midfield has as much bite in it without Keane though, so I don't see that being a problem for Arsenal. Just got to keep Rooney quiet... Easy eh... :o
