@Silent_Scone

What settings are you running in bios to let your vcore and clocks drop?

btw I'm running pretty similar setting for 24/7 on my RAM also but at 2T. The GB Auros Pro boards aren't great at RAM OC.

The key factor is in the subs at that frequency, really (and 1T). Adaptive voltage and a loadline of 6. Most (if not all) of the 4 DIMM boards will top out at 3800 for 1T.

5.3ghz using adaptive voltage now, 1.350v set in bios, LLC6 under full load its 1.305v and running Aida64 non FPU/AVX as normal for me, as I wont ever use it in everyday use. Max core temp 76c, max package temp the same. ;)

Mind running Geekbench 3? would like to see your mem score. I'm getting 7042.

My timings are below. Let me know if have any recommendations to tune them further.

On my board changing "tWTR_S/L" don't get trained and stay at 8/17 regardless of what I put in there :(

Is 5.1ghz @1.3v ok for 24/7? It passes realbench 1 hour with a max temp of 91c
Is that 1.3v load or vcore ? 91c is a bit toasty, but not critical, as you wouldn't be putting so much stress on the chip day to day I wouldn't think, are you using an AVX offset, you could always set a 2 or 3 offset to bring temps down when the processor utilises these instructions. JAT.

1.3v vcore according to cpuz I think it loads at about 1.325, no AVX ofset at the minute

Using the gigabyte Aorus Master and LLP set to turbo, also using 32gb 3200mhz 2x8gb sticks
Turbo is obviously causing overshoot under load, try the next one down, cant remember what its called on Giga boards, not used Giga since x99 days. You will probably have to compensate with a slightly higher vcore to allow for vdroop.

What is the best tool to delid the 9900k?
The two main tools are the der8auer or Rockitcool ones. Put the 9900k in the tool and apply pressure to one side, then turn the 9900k and apply pressure to the other side. You don't hear a pop like you would with the 8700k or previous CPUs due to the solder, but you'll see the IHS begin to move.
Once it is partially free I remove the CPU from the tool and take the IHS off by hand. The tool I use is the Der8auer one but i know you can get much cheaper versions on ebay etc which are 3d printed although I don't have any experience with them.

I think this was half price recently. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/der8auer-delid-die-mate-2-hs-003-dr.html

The method above is the one suggested by Der8auer but others may have their own way which also works well.

What CPU speed / uncore?

No idea if this is any good or not, don't use Geek Bench.

If I lower my cache from 4700mhz will I get more out of my core frequency or lower volts/temps?

Depends how conditional the overclock is. If riding the edge, it can help with memory stability. HCI is quite good at stressing the cache / memory hierarchy.
