IC-Diamond GIVEAWAY Thread!

I've been using this since it was released. Great application, no fuss, no leakage, easy to clean off and great efficacy.

It's currently on my watercooled 3770K and the 290 (GPU and VRAM) and doing such a good job that I can't be arsed taking it all off for a free tube.

You will not be disappointed with this TIM.

Trusted :)

Would be great to see how this compares to the compound supplied by Arctic Cooling with my heatsink. I can also provide ambient temps too.

Thanks.

Trust sent.

Will do it with my new build coming, on stock cooling until I can afford my W/C

Be good to compare stock paste to this, might chuck my Mx-3 in the mix too. Although I don't have a lot of that left...

Should be able to provide ambient if I can find a thermometer.

Trust sent. Looking forward to test when I upgrade or might even do it before that as 1090t runs hot when OCed!

Trust sent. I use it on my cpu already but I did do a comparison on my old gpus the asus radeon hd7770 2gd5. Stock asus tim top card ran at 106 deg c and bottom at 93 deg c. With ic diamond top card 87 deg c and bottom card 78 deg c. Was well chuffed with that result. If it wasn't such a ball ache draining my loop to get the gpu out I'd do my gtx770 as that currently has the xspc tim that comes with the waterblock.

Just to edit: I've got a build for someone coming up shortly with a stock cooler on an fx4300 so can test it on that.

Cheers, Damien

Message sent via Trust, as I said in there I have a laptop which is in need of some TLC. This should help.

If you send us in your laptop before and after results (even if you think they are nto good) we will supply you with another tube.

ICD is used in quite a few laptops that come from the USA. Let me have a word with the bosses shell-like and I can furnish you with a list.

cheers

I know I have mentioned this before on the (icd water cooling thread) but please do NOT attempt to spread this paste out youself. Use the weight of the block.HSF to spread it out.

Recently I have completed a great deal of R&D on this subject re: application and contact/pressure.

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18587484

application is on page 2.

BEFORE USE, Please warm up the tube first. Easiest way is leave the tube under your armpit for 5 mins, then apply.
..........well apply to the CPU that is not your armpit! :P:P:P

Cheers

I have sent my Message Via trust. Just for some additional information I have been using AS5, which is a tube about 2 years old, and i think it is suffering separation, I could be wrong though.
I'm using a Corsair H100i Cooler, along with As5 for now.

Trust message sent.

I'm going to try IC Diamond on my current Nvidia Quadro cards, will post before and after temps.

All my computers already use ICD, it performs well and is easy to apply.
