Depends what the issue is I guess? :p

IT has come to that time where I am going to badger you Mr.Ice. My shoulder was pretty gash yesterday, so much so it was drooping a fair bit lower than my left one.

Do you think that could ever be sorted? Or is it a case of live with it? :p

Tom, can you do the internal/external rotation tests that are mentioned a few times in the thread?

In fact, all of you do that and I'll get back to you!

Go in to Jollys or something, I have a rubber one. It is smooth essentially, but it doesn't slip around or anything.

They are small though, so be prepared for some pain ;)

I kind of have that, but not massively, mine is more of a collapsed arch.

Short of pulling in your arch on your foot (presuming yours isn't there much) I don't know much, I was told to roll mine with a lacrosse ball (the underside of my foot) but it may be different in your case so I wouldn't do that yet till Ice or someone else can offer advice

Do you have specific running shoes? It may be worth going to a proper running shoe shop to get some fitted
