Well done for getting this far with it! Be prepared for it popping off in the night though, they usually do, especially if they have been got by a cat/dog as they carry diseases.
It looks very much like the one we hand reared a few years ago so I would guess that it is a Starling.
Definitely keep it warm, it'll be in shock and need plenty of rest, it might keep you up most of the night wanting feeding but in all likelihood it will just want to sleep.
From what we learnt with ours...
The best thing to feed it is moisened dried kitten biscuit - dog food doesn't have enough protein in it.
They need applesauce NOT sweetened
They need a small amount of calcium so give it a bit of a Tums tablet, I can't remember the amount offhand.
If it survives it will need bird vitamin spray for medium birds
Again if it survives, don't give it treats such as mealworms yet as it's junk food for birds.
We got loads of information from
this website - pet European Starlings is big business in the USA so there is loads of information about it.
It *will* need feeding every two hours during the day, if you aren't able to provide that then I can suggest a rescue centre you can take it to, we took ours there when it grew up and needed to be gently introduced into the wild prior to releasing.
