Reasonably happy with the official response tbh, if she can get to a Country with consular support then we'll see what happens, but we won't be offering assistance with that. If she manages to make it on her own then follow the law as laid out, block migration while she's investigated, if she has done anything that would allow us to revoke citizenship then do it, otherwise repatriate and prosecute for anything that comes up. Begin the process of removing the child for its own protection.
As much as I like the idea of people like her not being allowed back into the Country I'm very aware of the impact that could have on future cases that aren't as seemingly clear cut as this. Follow the law but do nothing at all above what we're required to.
