He's been lying low a while after hitting a pigeon on his bike. Crimewatch has been and gone now, so it's safe to come out and play again.
Of course, I could be lying and he was in fact kidnapped by borrowers.

Probably based on the idea that Africa is the cradle of humankind (Guardian article) so since we've all come from a common source it seems a shade regressive to pick on a thing as minor as colour - "we're a' Jock Tamsin's bairns for a' that"

Totally distinct races of man must have evolved as we are so diverse in colour & facial features such as Negro ,mongol & Caucasian

These days I just can't be *****. You put time into a Quality post & some bedroom dweller quotes four words & posts it out of context, These days I just leave them ignorant & will just laugh when they Finally need advice to go outside.
Same with tech advice, Unless the person is what I would call nice **** them an all, Let them call in somebody they have to pay.
Pretty much brings me to a state where I just go with the laughs now & help people I know & chat to people I consider sensible, I certainly don't get worked up liked I used to.

If you're so wise, you should really know better then to abuse someone younger than you for questioning or trying to educate you on something which you've clearly misunderstood and are using to justify your own prejudices.
You're wrong - some could go as far as to say you're ignorant - regarding evolution, and it shows. Instead of stepping back and thinking "Oh, hang on; maybe I'm wrong.", you'd sooner lash out because it's the easier thing to do. Wise? Hah. You're acting like what I'd expect from a five year-old, congratulations.

At OP: If the disagreement is because said person is being hateful or racist etc. and it actually mattered a doddle (ie would have some kind of semi-significant real life impact) I might speak out, but it's frankly easier to ignore or dismiss the person and move on; easier and also insignificant that I ignored it.
