id hardly call a 180 degree spin beyond my ability,

my mate spun his lil clio round around aroundbout, same with another who did same with his dads 406 estate (now he drives a 18k audi :s)
me mechanic wrote off his v6 clio last week as did my mates dad did the same with his boxster (although he got that repaired)
Another one of me mates rolled over a corsa going around a roundabout

all i can think off at minute

If you can't control a 2.0 automatic Omega which has sedate performance at best, it's not a great reflection on your driving ability, especially with your previous record.

You could cut the guy a bit of slack. I think you'll find there's a few people on this forum, myself included, who have spun cars by accident or in a moment of stupidity and learnt from their mistake.

Nah, it was clearly spilt diesel that leaked out of his Rangie when he was towing it back home with his Vauxhall, whilst chasing a corsa with two 12 year olds in.

You're right, you must have ability. It takes talent to spin something as mind-bendingly gutless as a 2.0 Omega with Vauxhall's attempt at an autobox strapped to the engine. (***edit*** And considering your track record, why on Earth you bought a car with an automatic 'box is beyond me. Anyone want to bet on whether or not that gearbox will be the first thing to break?)

Piece of advice - go buy a Trabant. I'm sure you'd be able to crash it, but at least you wouldn't do any damage to anything you hit.

I allmost got 180, it was more like 110, managed it in a 1.2 corsa SXi

First week of driving on an empty (and private) duel carrigeway, learning cars ability and what not.

I almost span (90 degree drift) a fwd car at 30 on a roundabout once, it was liftoff oversteer I think. It was only slightly more powerfull then this omega, never happened before or since :confused:

we'll as i said, i ent crashed anything yet so im sure there will be a first somewhere (although i dont plan to) personally i dont see anything wrong with the omega to be honest nor the rangie

Personally, id like to see someone else floor a car around a roundabout and actually catch it back (with rear wheel drive) i know people who can but honestly who else can on ere ?

Once again for like the millionth time on this place, still ent crashed yet have i ?

First of all i can bet you there is people on here who could. Secondly, havent you just thought to yourself, if you cant comtrol powering it on a roundabout, would it not just be clever to decide not to power it?

I seem to remember a drift video with a certain M3 and member of this forum driving it which was posted a good while a go.

From what I remember he was getting pretty squiffy and pulling it back...but the circumstances were no doubt a lot more controllable than yours. Not to mention that his car isn't as "boshty bruv"
