Only about 40 years too early for bungalow retirement.. (Its a shed on the inside and needs a lot of work!)

* it's a mess on the outside too and needs a lot of work..

Don't see the issue with buying a bungalow, I would and I'm 31, as long as it's big enough for your needs and not surrounded by other bungalows, rock on.

I like that,And yeah i agree nothing wrong with a bungalow,Id buy one too saves faffing around up and down the stairs and easier with furniture etc.

If there wasn't a cost for land, wouldn't all houses be bungalows? what is the point in having stairs if you don't need them?
