Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Never mind your macbook pros, I've just received something far more epic.

Actually, they were rubbish. Uncomfortable, slightly damaged and poorly executed white bands. For £8 I expect perfection! Just got a refund from shoezone and bought these from sportsdirect, exactly the same price.

Love the strap.

Two Qs:

Can you basically put the holes anywhere you want? (it looks that way)

Do you know if it would fit a 19mm watch as I can only find it in 20mm.

Thanks
Yes on sticking it in anywhere :(

The lug with depends on the material of the Perlon - some are treated to be much, much firmer and thus don't flex that much (I dislike these). The cheap are the softest I've bought, and those 20mm flex enough to fit down to 18mm. Sadly no link for you as the seller closed up shop, but they were a couple of quid apiece imported from China.

Got wood?

It does look like it!

If you hook up with tres, he can help you load that into his proper manly car.

Good luck with that!

Intriguing. Some big machines put those there a while back. Are you grabbing some off cuts or just nearby to chop something else?

Not really, it was delivered to me a week or so ago on the back of a logging haulier - it has a cool grabber arm that picked the logs from the trailer and dropped them where I wanted them. The wood has been sat in a forest since February but it took this long to be delivered because of Covid. I just need to cut the logs to size, split them and stack them for seasoning. Once it's dried sufficiently it'll be used to fuel the biomass boiler, probably the winter after this one if the wood isn't dry enough to use.

Oh I saved a bit then. Mine only cost £3.8k.... well worth it tbh.

How did you manage to save money on it? I was glad when I saw your spec as I spent hours deciding what the perfect spec was and it helps when I see someone else had the same idea as me lol. Definitely well worth it IMHO too. What do you use your MBP for?

I used the Employee Purchase Plan which saved me 6%. Ill be using it as my main computer once I have sold my PC but that not be for awhile yet :) I purchased the Mac as a birthday present for myself :)

If you want the link I used to purchase mine then send me a trust message :)

Wife's new bike, Giant TCR Advanced Pro 2

I'm not as much of a cyclist compared to her, I have a few bikes which I use mainly for commuting, but I am jealous and now want to upgrade too
