Looking forward to getting these on, went with 10k/8k spring setup

4k for that laptop is still a bargain in my mind somehow. I can go fetch an old 90's mag with laptops displayed at that price, however sterling halved in value in this time so inflation adjusted the old price for high spec laptop were £8k to £10k

Apple has some clever solutions but can they actually handle the gpu and cpu at 100% heat wise I mean. On chrome, shortly it should reduce its memory usage thanks to help from MS edge amazingly, as that browser is chrome based now and is smarter memory allocation so Im told. If thats a fail try extension called session buddy

Not really, it was delivered to me a week or so ago on the back of a logging haulier - it has a cool grabber arm that picked the logs from the trailer and dropped them where I wanted them. The wood has been sat in a forest since February but it took this long to be delivered because of Covid. I just need to cut the logs to size, split them and stack them for seasoning. Once it's dried sufficiently it'll be used to fuel the biomass boiler, probably the winter after this one if the wood isn't dry enough to use.

You'll want to start with the ones at the bottom before rot sets in. Just gently lift the pile and grab the one you need. Maybe wear some gloves.

Not particularly exciting and I'm not sure how much difference I can make in my studio (err... bedroom)

On my right are some soft curtains, so that's fine, really I need to figure how to hang them on my left. Light stand with clamp seems be the way to go I guess. Maybe stitch/stick a few together to then hang.
