Brilliant work doing so.
I was amazed when Richer Sounds sorted a TV tech to do a home visit within days when mine died. I didn't really believe their 7 year warranty, but they were very much true to it (at least after 5 years!).
That's great. And I think they price match too? It's like the good old days of a local family shop but with the perks of an online-only faceless trader!Indeed I have nothing but praise from Richer Sounds warranty. I had a soundbar which started dropping the sound intermittingly after 4 and half years and contacted them and they just sent gave me a brand new one. Can't fault that.
... But also with a shop you can walk into and try stuff! That's great. And I think they price match too? It's like the good old days of a local family shop but with the perks of an online-only faceless trader!

And with staff that actually know about the products they are selling!... But also with a shop you can walk into and try stuff!
No wonder they've been on the brink of/have been bankrupt several timesThat's great. And I think they price match too? It's like the good old days of a local family shop but with the perks of an online-only faceless trader!

Double yes!And with staff that actually know about the products they are selling!
This I didn't know. I'm glad to see they're still trading now, and long may that continue. It must be a real nightmare competing with the likes of Amazon, John Lewis, Currys etc.No wonder they've been on the brink of/have been bankrupt several times
Ironically I only knew that "fact" because my store manager (and here's the irony) now bankrupt/asset stripped ex-electrical retailer used to say "they'll never be able to sustain that business model! And now he works in a pet shop. This I didn't know. I'm glad to see they're still trading now, and long may that continue.
