Would never buy anything other than a Neff or Bosch. Quality built to last.Nice!
17 years seems a lifetime for an oven.
I bought a new Zanussi in Sept and it's broken already
Tbf eye level oven/micro have been a game changer for me as well. Wish I'd specced my mum's kitchen as such, especially as she could have done with the less bending.In all the 47 yrs we have been married only in four of those did we ever have a under counter oven - All the rest were/are eye level - I can not imagine having to get on my knees to get stuff out of an oven.
There again I am old and cronky and my knees wouldn't allow it.
Electric oven/gas hob= the best comboTbf eye level oven/micro have been a game changer for me as well. Wish I'd specced my mum's kitchen as such, especially as she could have done with the less bending.
Also electric ovens >*

That’s odd, I thought you enjoyed cooking?My missus is desperate for a range, despite us hardly ever using the oven. I’d definitely take a wall mounted one though.
@Acme wins all these awards.

I’d still rather have a Neff than an Indesit, Zanussi, Hotpoint etcMaybe used to be but like all things nowadays they arent built anything like as well as they used to be.
Gone are the days of people having cookers, dishwashers, ovens lasting 30+ years without going wrong once.
My mother is still using her 40 year AEG dishwasher and has never missed a beat.
Ive had Neff and Bosch both go wrong within a few years. If you search forums you find lots of people complaining about Bosch and Neff ovens breaking just outside of warranty and the company doesn't want to know even on products costing £1000+ and leaves the owners with very expensive repair bills into the hundreds.

Flame thrower@randomshenans screw the shovel, just get out there with a hot air gun
