The newer Hue bulbs are Bluetooth as well nowadays - I ordered these for £16 (£8 a bulb) but they're slightly more now.

One thing to note is that the Hue bulbs are available in two brightness's.

To the OP - you can also get candle bulbs for your lamps.

Cheers, I know there's probably a ton I missed out. The first bulb I got was a single bluetooth Hue white with dimmer switch for £5 from Robert Dyas, absolute steal but unlikely to find anything like that again. When I ended up getting a few more I opted for a hub as I liked the extra features, luckily found a guy locally selling a hub and two bulbs for £20 I think so another bargain.

I think the ones you linked are a decent price really, but shows why looking for Amazon deals is worth it. You get the higher lumen bulbs and a smart speaker for only £13 more.

Is the Amazon deal for two bulbs?

I couldn't get a perfect fit on my Sony WF-1000XM4 with the stock foam ear tips, these have made a world of difference, the fit is showing as air-tight in the app now and I can hear the noise cancelling working and so much more comfortable. So worth bearing in mind if you are struggling with the fit also.
How are you getting on with these? I have (according to the app) an airtight fit with the default ones but I am not convinced :)

I ended up getting the Spinfit CP360's as the Crystals were a touch small in my right ear, and the silicone is softer on the CP360s which is more comfortable for longer wearing. However I think the noise isolation was a touch better on the Crystals if you can get the sizing right.

I've got both the Crystal ones and Xelastec ones. The fit will come down the size/your ear - but for me they're worth it as I find it really hard to get good fitting ear tips. Both are slightly more 'grippy' than normal silicone tips, the the Xelastec being the more grippy of the 2. I haven't noticed any improvement of sound or noise isolation - other than the fact the earbuds actually stay in now so will seal properly more of the time.

What do people get out of this fidgeting business?

Whats wrong with just being still?
I am not a statue :P

Some people like the feeling of staying completely motionless, some people like to fidget a bit when otherwise they have no other tactile input. Some people just work better mentally juggling more tasks and feeling a little more engaged.

Adults playing with "fidget" toys is pretty embarrassing to be honest.
What an extremely weird take, like you're not an adult that plays computer games and has a Mr Men in his signature. Like... What?!

How are you finding it? Looks like they've really got a nice bit if kit together in the 3
It is pretty decent, I have owned and used a lot of these retro handhelds and this is really the best one. I haven't tried out all the most demanding platforms yet but PSP is a really good fit for the screen aspect and the device power. For instance Wipeout Pulse runs at native resolution at 60 fps rather than 30 so it plays and looks so much nicer than it ever did on the PSP. Setting up other emulators like SNES/MD etc is easy and very customisable thanks to retroarch, I have pixel grid filters and borders on my handheld emulators and they look great too. PS1 is really nice here too, we can widescreen a lot of games and use geometry and texture enhancements at 2x resolution.

Build wise the device is nice for the price, the 3+ screen seems better than the 3 (the 3 is more saturated but has ghosting, the 3+ screen has a better all round picture and not much ghosting at all) for the most part these screens are a step up from other handhelds and having android makes it really easy to mess about and customise, I can even play Grid AUtosport pretty well on the 3+. People tend to think that the analog sticks are a bit too small but honestly I have had no problem with them.

Oh this device also works amazing for streaming xcloud and playstation, you can stream PC games to it too but I just haven't tried that yet. Just being able to pick up such a compact device and play a bit of Forza Horizon has really been fun.

The only issue i have had is audio latency, by default the emulators in retroach add 128ms, even when you knock this down there is still some audio lag that is not present in other handheld emulators, I thought this might have been an issue with Android but I managed to get pretty good performance out of my phone. I raised it on the reddit but might actually see if there is an official channel to raise it with Retroid.

I am trying to get my hands on a Miyoo Mini to complement it when I need something just a little more portable.
