New shoes on table GTFO of this thread and go straight to planet bad luck

Mullacos visit as I've been to Yorkshire, the 400 g bags are £2 each ish and I can do epic Currys with these and spent ages perfecting my method , yes ultimately it would be good to cook from individual ingredients but mine already beat some of the restaurant Currys

These packs are always so much better value than the little pots you get at the supermarket (though I know you can get some of these packs at the supermarket). I normally go to a local Pakistani shop for this stuff. It lasts forever as well given there's a **** ton of it.

Yeah tbh i saw the normal strength chilli on clubcard deal for £1.60(Asian section)after I had been to mullacos but the variety of powders in there is amazing

They look great. Personally I would look at longer boots for better ankle protection in a fall. My broken leg gets nervous looking at them. But still much, much better than a lot of people who only wear simple trainers and I appreciate it's still early days in your motorcycle history.

Mind blown.. shoes that have laces and a zip.. :O
They are motorcycle boots so the zip makes them much easier to get on and off while the laces make them look like regular boots under jeans at a casual glance.

Laces on motorbike boots are just asking to get caught on something and you end up dropping the bike etc.
I was wearing supertech r boots and came off on a trackday i still managed to break my ankle and snap my foot in half, the boots still looked brand new, no idea how i managed it haha

I agree on the laces to an extent. But it's a low risk and if it means people buy proper boots that still look casual rather than wear trainers (you may as well wear flip flops rather than trainers) then they do serve a purpose.

Not as well as a nice pair of Daytonas! Remortgage and get full protection! :p

Calm down, I'm still a scooterpansy :D

Just a heads up, I had those same gloves and they were great for comfort/ease in summer but when I got knocked of my bike they were ripped to shreds and my hands were very grazed ☹️

I’d use them again but only for short/slow rides like a town commute.

These are for exactly that, commuting. I've got some full leather / kevlar jobbies for longer distances.

Agreed, but I just wanted something comfy to get me over the line. Once I get more in to it I'll buy something more significant.

Actually I think I have at a London meet many years ago. He was indeed wearing flip flops or sandals if he is who I think he is

Spot on! That was also the day that @Maccapacca gazed in to my flip flop wearing eyes and fell in love with me, and @Freefaller turned everyone on by lifting a beer keg.

Yes, the beer keg at the Anchor Bankside pub! When I have more time I might see if people are interested in a London meetup.
