Very nice.
I've a pair of their Chelsea boots that I've for years and they're still like new.

Not sure what the point in upgrading your CPU is these days though? So swap a blazing fast CPU for a slightly more blazing fast CPU?

My 3900X is still way overkill five years later :p
It all depends on the games you're playing - I swore by my 3900x for the last few years. However when Witcher 3 next gen came out, I got micro stutters like mad. In the W3 thread are multiple posts about me trying every suggested solution online for months and months. Finally a few weeks ago I got a 5800x3D, all the stutters have completely vanished.

Another game, Escape From Tarkov - yes, it's notoriously poorly optimised but that's by the by, i've been able to run it with barely any issues for years. However, when the streets map dropped, I couldn't run it without stutters, again, since getting the 5800x3D, it's smooth.

I am quite shocked the difference this CPU has made in a lot of games, I spent a good day doing benchmarks before and after I did the install, most notably, Shadow of the Tomb Raider benchmark, maxed out, went from 134fps with the 3900x to over 200fps with the 5800x3D, still very playable before of course.

My examples are quite specific and there are folk with lesser CPU/GPU combos who had no issues with W3 next gen.

To go with the 5800X3D, Samsung 990 pro and another 16GB matching RAM (got the ram for dirt cheap) i bought in June I grabbed a Lancool III, Lian Li Galahad 2 trinity performance and a seasonic focus gx 850w this week and built it today

Only about 5-8mm clearance from the RAM to the AIO! The case was a pleasure to build in though.

I've gone from 60C CPU on a 3600nonx and 75C GPU (with the side panel popped off my old Corsair 8000D) to a solid 55-60C GPU while gaming and 50C CPU and with a hotter and more hungry CPU and after messing with the fan curves it quieter too!
