Preparation for zombie apocalypse

How much was it? Looks like a cheapo Chinese job. The chain-brake guard looks a similar design to this knock-off Stihl saw which snaps off under test, not very reassuring if the saw kick backs and points towards your head/face/neck.

Yeah the screwfix one. Tbh I've used chainsaws before and just need one for the odd job round the garden. It's just easier than using a saw.

Whilst i normally buy mid to high range stuff this will do fine. Already used it this weekend to good effect with no kick back. All chainsaws kick back at some point in time it's about being aware of it.

Delorean model coming along very nice, i can see there being lots of detail in the build already even with the chassis.

£1200 and 2,5 years to build that thing.


Have you fallen on your head recently?
The build time is part of the fun, the attention to detail so far is really good, also building R2D2, not bothered at all about the price it's pocket change.
Real childhood memories of back to the future couldn't get any better.
