At some point in time some of that nasty dust was human skin, food for insects and maybe sand on a beach
Millions of years ago Dinosaurs walked the earth, they eventually died and over millions of years their fossils became oil which was extracted by humans and refined to produce plastics and various other things. The point being there's a good chance your toothbrush used to be a Tyrannosaur's penis.

Bit of a difference between billion year old dino penis that had been subjected to immense pressures and heat, to 10 to 20 year old human skin and insect poop which has just been left to rot away on the surface though :p
