I refuse to spend a lot on trainers because i always mess them up so quick.
The exception is olympic lifting shoes which ill happily drop £150 on but they last me years.

Not sure i can understand your logic mate... You went from super comfy trainers to some plimsolls. Stilettos in your 70s? Think of your old feet man, not what other people may think of what you wear :p

My Vans are the original Floyd's before Vans went all hipster and stopped making proper skate shoes and just plimsoles as you say.... lol

I must be going mad as I paid £99 today for a pair of trainers

The most I remember ever paying for a pair of trainers before was less then £30

That’s not that much ? Most air max 90’s go for around that price unless they’re in a sale.

They last forever. Really well built. Can’t beat a pair of air max.
