Does a suppressor actually do anything on an airsoft gun ?

Yes, it can change the sound, can make it sound louder or make it a little more quieter, we not talking big changes, there is definitely a sound change in it.

When I fit my P90 with one, it changes the sound to a more lesser "pop" sound compared to a louder "pop" sound.

But a lot of these suppressors these days have built-in tracer systems, where it lights up a tracer BB ball and people think they look cool.

I personally don't like them, it makes the gun longer, so it's harder to use in CQB.

Nice! I'm luck enough to have access to Hyperoptic where I am this year, but as I'm moving in September this year back to uni, I didn't want to spoil myself, so I went with 150Mb
