I've not read that comic but my understanding is that they were all autobots until megatron splintered off and started the decepticons. Presumably it's set before this point.

The frame is from 1997/8 so no rear disk option.

Its a "retro" build. Lots of modern parts, but was aiming to recreate my fave bike as a kid, that I could never afford!!

Must admit I was a bit confused by the frame. Just thought it was one of their downhill/free ride frames.
Also please, God cut that steerer tube down! Images of you getting impaled here!

Must admit though, love the green theme, even the way you've got it on the seat post! Also great choice of tyres.

Haha, I will cut the steerer once the carbon/alu stem arrives. I just lobbed a £15 giant one on to allow me to get the cables/gears cut and installed and setup. I just did a quick ride around the road outside to test it all out.

The stem I am waiting for also has some green highlights too

I had to cut down the seat post, as it was way too long, and was hitting the shock. But its easy to do, as it is Carbon.
