Pot luck, some items just arrive early. It used to be quite regular from some suppliers. We've had numerous films that have come on a Friday before they're on sale in the shops on the following Monday.

Bought myself some GAINZ!

Only just starting to use whey. Double rich chocolate flavour, really quite tasty with milk! Only got this brand as it was the top selling on Amazon, I'm open to recommendations.

ON is great. but bloody pricey.
