Yes indeed sir, obviously the weather has a major part to play, on our way up it was clear frosty night, got there and it clouded over big time, an hour passed and wow the sky's cleared, was really good in the end using the 20" inch scope, nice to take the kids if you have any

Is it mini USB? Or micro USB? Or a proprietary thing? I can't see properly. If it's USB, there's an argument for trying to limit the number of unnecessary one's produced/sent out. Does it come with a USB cable, just no plug socket?

No idea man. Think the DS Lite was mini usb, so I imagine it's the same.

Still, if you got home to find you had no charger it would be pretty gutting.
