also does anyone know if formatting the hdd and removing the odd will void the warranty?

To be on the safe side keep the odd and put it back in if you need to return the laptop.

Formatting the HDD won't affect the warranty at all.

A new cheapo flash to replace the Jessops one which flaked after about 14 months with very little use. This one seems a bit better quality.

Ordered from Germany and arrived in 4 days which was quite impressive.

They were really nice! Heres a pic from another thread of the nacho platter I made. They are a bit on the pricy side at £1.99 a tin, but they were worth it IMO.

Not dissing but wouldn't it be vastly cheaper and healthier to make your own refried beans?
