Incident outside parliament in london - developing now

I didn't think he was that obscured, I did wonder about pointing out there was a black guy in the photo when I first posted it but then thought it could come off as a slightly racist joke or something. Turns out it would have been worth highlighting after all and the photo perhaps is closer to one of those "when you see it..." memes than I first thought.

Is it people on mobiles who missed it or something?
 
Seems they're treating it as a terror incident - Not a massive surprise really considering the location that it happened...
 
Thankfully this 'terrorist' was a pathetic loser who couldn't even do much damage in a 1 tonne vehicle travelling 50mph+

Imagine the damage they could do if they had competent people :(

An old guy's car was "blown up" in Whitchurch railway station car park earlier this year due to it being left illegally parked for several days with a suspicious package on the back seat. He was innocent of that offence it was a box of harmless personal belongings, unlike the kiddie porn allegedly found when they traced the owner and searched his house... This illegal parking seems to trigger unforeseen repercussions these days ;)
