Incident outside parliament in london - developing now

"No one else was in the car and no weapons have been found so far."
"More than 10 police vehicles and at least three ambulances were at the scene outside Parliament. Firearms officers and at least two police sniffer dogs have been searching the area.
British Transport Police said it was increasing patrols in England, Scotland and Wales and that its officers would be "highly visible on trains and at stations".

Not really, they can't be too careful with incidents like this.

Can you imagine if the police response to a potential terrorist attack wasn't strong enough?

This is a case of 'Damned if you do, Damned if you don't'. I certainly would rather them over-react, than under-react. Now it's actually being treated as a terrorist incident, you can never be too careful.

Not so easy to see on a mobile. Also, he's black, and black people to blend into the dark parts of photos. Because they're black.

Not sure why you felt the need to comment on that? I'm well aware that he's black thanks as per the part of my post you chose not to quote.
