Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (2024)

As long as you have the latest NV driver, you can just use the latest profile inspector to inject DLSS 4 dll files and preset k, this is done on a global level so any game using DLSS will benefit.

In profile inspector toggle these three settings first:

Then these two:

Click apply at the top and that's it.

You can check that the latest dll version is being used and Preset K is being called by enabling this registry entry:

The decimal value of 1024 enables the overlay when in-game, it looks like this:

DaGuGMY.jpeg

Setting the value to 0 disables it. Keep that entry bookmarked in regedit so you can toggle it from time to time with new drivers/games to check that it's all working as expected.

Thanks, great info. Much appreciated

I have that version already and it is missing one of the override toggles needed for the global method. I know where the 54 settings are in the official one though so no real need for the revamped version anyway.

Looks like orbmu2k has updated his since your version as the settings are slightly different labels and in common now.

I'm a total noob to this.

I looked at what to do a few posts above. In the screenshot afterwards with the overlay on, it says "DLSSG V3.102" at the top and "DLSS V3" at the bottom. Is that what it should say, not DLSS4 ?

Personally I would keep to the hybrid one, it is laid out much nicer:

Also, I wouldn't force it on globally as iirc, the devs for games like escape from tarkov said to be careful with doing this since could be seen as a cheat.

Obviously consider the games you play, for most of us the global method should be no problem at all, only a very tiny number of games don't like DLSS swap being done. This may even bypass Rockstar Launcher's restriction on dlss dll file swapping as it injects as the game loads which is after RGSC has checked loading files.

Have not checked though as CBA installing RDR2 on R* again.

Update 3 brings support for NVIDIA DLSS 4: a suite of rendering technologies that boosts framerates, increases performance, and improves image quality!- Players using supported NVIDIA hardware can enable Multi Frame Generation (3x, 4x) using the new transformer-based model- Ray Reconstruction increases the clarity and stability of ray-traced images- DLAA and DLSS Super Resolution have also been updated to the transformer-based model. These options when enabled enhance native and upscaled image quality, respectively
Ray-Traced Local Lights
For players who have Path Tracing enabled, this update includes a new option for ray-traced shadows to include all light sources, which significantly increases the quality of shadows in interior locations. (Players can also choose to keep the previous setting, which provides ray-traced shadows from the sun only.)
Path Tracing (Full Ray Tracing) Support for AMD and Intel Graphics Cards
This update brings Path Tracing to supported Intel and AMD GPUs. To use Path Tracing, your Intel or AMD graphics card must support Hardware Ray Tracing and have at least 16GB of VRAM. Please make sure to download the latest drivers from your GPU manufacturer!Note that in foliage-dense locations, such as Sukhothai, reducing Vegetation Animation Quality below the “Ultra” settings can reduce the occasional shadow “popping” that may be seen on all graphics cards using Path Tracing.
FSR 3.1, including Frame Generation
Update 3 adds support for AMD FSR 3.1 upscaling and frame generation technology.
Intel XESS 1.4
Update 3 also adds support for Intel XESS 1.4 upscaling.

#RTEVOLUTION BABY

AMD users can now enable path tracing too, should be a decent experience given how well optimised it is as well as frame gen being there plus xess for some quality upscaling

Ooooooooof this is buttery smooth with MFG x4 and looks + feels great too  Seems nvidias latency indicator is broke though as it definetly has extra input lag over no FG (yet is reporting 2.3ms compared to the no fg latency of 45ms  But doesn't feel bad at all especially when using a controller.

I was stuck on a progression bug and they finally fixed it. It was literally the last action prompt before leaving Thailand. Can just about remember where I was but I think I'll just start over if I manage to get a graphics card.
