Don't think it's working properly as a number of other games are showing the same thing

I think they said somewhere that they can't have it function yet because they don't have an idea of how many people will use the service so they can't set the number of votes

I suppose that makes sense, no point in having the bar too low that any game can get through.

Pretty long video, but you don't have to watch it all to get the idea. Commentary is quite funny at times though! Interesting that picking up items will have looting times varying on what it is that you're 'packing', they do say the times shown in the video will most likely change massively.
