These are pre-patch notes, once we have a date locked in we will update you with the patch date. We are shooting for this week but we just need to work out a few details before we can commit.
New Additions
- The airport area was re-designed, more info HERE.
- Added overgrowth to buildings
- Optimized textures for better performance.
- Adjusted graphic settings. The options are now more simplified and overall quality has been improved.
- Lighting in Colorado has been improved.
- Two new characters have been added: Ex-Spetsnaz and Park Ranger.
- When sprinting, you can now select items, use items, etc
- Flattened some hills between Echo's Compound and Norad.
- Cleaned up some textures on the Asian character model. Also, renamed him to Club Promoter.
- Villain and Assassin titles have been switched; making Assassin the top rank now.
- Fog quality was improved.
- Flashlight effect was improved.
- You can now mute/unmute players regardless of their distance to you.
- When talking with VOIP it no longer displays an icon above your head, instead it shows who is talking in the right corner of the screen.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug that allowed for no recoil when switching to single fire mode.
- Fixed a bug that was not displaying a cursor while using NVG in 3rd person mode.
- Fixed a bug that made all character models look very fuzzy/unclear while in the main menu.
- Fixed a bug that allowed users to pick items up while firing a weapon.
- Fixed a bug with the Binoculars that would display -1 ammo.
- Fixed a bug that allowed for "use item" to remain on screen after switching items.
- Fixed a bug that allowed for snipers to hold breath indefinitely while using chat.
- Removed "use item" while right clicking on Binoculars and Range Finders in your inventory.
- Fixed a bug that allowed lock boxes and barricades to be used while in a lock box.
- Fixed a text bug that listed "empty clip" for attachments that were not clips.
