There are still hackers even now with punkbuster..first game on public servers just now and got ESP hard from one guy,It was so obvious he had ESP.

However give it time for Punkbuster to mature to this game,so it can see whats legit and what isn't and i think it will get better over time.
 
Punkbuster wow this game might get my attention again soon then, i'm on marvel heroes atm though so i'll give this a try when i find time.
 
So is this worth buying yet? Always looked like my kind of game but with the obvious problems it's had...

Are some parts of it still broken?

Hey guys,

Looking into this game now; is this a step up from DayZ?

The problem I have with DayZ is the glitches and getting stuck on random objects/stopping when falling a ft of some steps etc.. how smooth is the gameplay in WarZ?

My friends have given this bad publicity from launch they all bought it, but took a refund and are adamant the devs took the micky with false advertisement etc, and was just a quick buck jobby..
 
Gameplay wise it WAS good before december you could team up with matea and have some proper tactical combat against others you had to try to out smart them around towns and get the drop on them I used to love it, and being able to take back weapons to your global inventory made it feel like you wern't wasting your time playing for hours then dieing and loosing everything, one of the last things they did that ruined it was making all the weapons really inacurate even at close range no idea if that got reverted or not.
 
Good point Carl, the aiming being messed totally up was the final final final straw for me now that I think about it.

Neil, what's the aiming like with weapons in game? Is it still aim directly down sight at zombies face 2ft away and hit the tree off to the far right or did they fix it?

Aiming was pretty bad without a grip attachment, but i'm enjoying the game again. I did find melee combat to be much better against zombes though!
 
That was fun, i've killed a total of about 8 players so far and i'm now a constable!

Some bloke was giving me turkey noises in voip then shouted " allah ackbar " before I killed him saying " Shut it "

:D

Thought there is a really annoying bug whereby on certain hills you can't stand up!
 
So the fun factor is back in the game?? Sweet, what's the ammo loot drops like, did they ever improve that? Not that I mind buying ammo now, if I know I ain't getting aimbotted 30seconds into a server!!
 
Yep it's been fun, more so than the many months that's passed!

When Punkbuster gets it's act together it will do a mass ban wave


Supermarkets have given us scopes and food e.t.c

Well I guess there's always gonna be those that cheat no matter what the game. But as long as its moving in the right direction I think I'll give it another go.
