Insanely annoyed at the RMA proccess with Superflower

would just like to chime regarding SuperFlower CS people always post with problems so just posting to highlight a positive - I contacted them after my wife managed to throw out my 20+4 atx cable (don't ask!!) I asked via facebook if it was possible to buy 1 directly rather than having to buy a whole prebraided bundle. they asked where I bought it from, I sent them a scan of my invoice and they arranged with OcUK to have a cable sent out from the next unit they had rma'd - FOC!!
so at least for me I can't fault their customer services.
